We're building a dedicated indoor grow space to bring Arvada hyper-local microgreens and sprouts all year long. Spicy radish. Sweet pea shoots. Arugula. Kohlrabi greens. Harvested the day you pick them up — or delivered to your door.
No food miles. No sitting in a warehouse. Just nutritious greens grown a few miles from your table.
Why Microgreens?
Microgreens contain significantly more concentrated nutrients than their full-grown counterparts. They're harvested at peak density — between germination and first true leaf — which is when nutrient content is highest. For families trying to get more vegetables into their diet without changing everything about how they cook, a weekly tray of fresh microgreens is one of the easiest wins in the kitchen.
What We're Growing
- Spicy Radish — bright, peppery, perfect on eggs or salads
- Sweet Pea Shoots — mild, tender, kids actually eat these
