Heirloom tomato plants grown in Arvada, Colorado. Unlike anything at the store.
A lifetime of growing, taught by family — and the Front Range itself.
Matt Maske is a Colorado-based gardener and small business owner who has spent a lifetime learning how to grow successfully in the region’s unique climate. Guided early on by his father and grandfather, he developed practical, time-tested techniques for producing reliable harvests along the Front Range. Outside the garden, Matt is a distance runner, track and field coach, and experienced IT professional—bringing discipline, problem-solving, and precision to everything he does.
What began as a personal passion has grown into a second career focused on helping others succeed with their own gardens. Matt believes that homegrown produce not only delivers superior freshness and flavor, but also retains more of its nutritional value compared to store-bought alternatives that spend days in transit. In an era of uncertain supply chains and rising food costs, he sees gardening as a practical step toward greater food security and self-reliance for individuals and families.
